The products shown here are my most favoured, from the general artefacts to highly functional products. Each one of them represents my highest design thinking and skills. ‘To do my best’ is one of my mottos.

“Design is not just about looking pretty but providing usability and functionality. I strongly believe that ‘form following function’ is a basic design principle. The object of today’s design is to improve life quality, change people’s lives as well as to encourage discernment. Design can change the world without the involvement of politics.”

Major Project: Emergency Infusion IV case.

Adobe Photoshop PDFSit-trace outdoor seating is a 2008 BestDesign Silver awarded piece, designed with Weijian Ren. The chair will have the shape its user, based on size, weight and form, which mean the chair will change its surface accordingly. Just like leaving our particular imprint on a lawn we’ve sat on.

Adobe Photoshop PDFRevive can absorb indoor moisture and re-use it to irrigate the plant. The product depicts an environment of wastelands and invites for the user to bring green back to it.

Adobe Photoshop PDFCottee is inherited from the beauty of nature, inspired by bamboo shoots. The work is reminiscent of the appearance of young bamboo. Combining oriental tea culture and western coffee culture, this ceramic set can be used as both. Let’s have a shot of tea!
